Sai Manoj is a Mechanical Engineer who has expertise in a wide range of industries from Aerospace to construction. He is the Sole Proprietor of the Company and has worked on many Luxury and High end projects such as Prestige Kingfisher Towers, Brigade Orchards etc in Bangalore. Sai also has experience in working with international Architects and High profile Clients and has designed over 200+ Swimming pools and 400+ water features in over 55 projects.

His commitment in bringing sustainability and environmentally friendly alternatives into the construction industry and zeal towards Innovation was recognised by the global forum where he won a 100% Scholarship valued at $65,000 AUD (35 LACS Approx.) launched at the Australian High Commission in New Delhi by the World Renowned Flinders University.
The scholarship was launched with BW Businessworld magazine to find India’s next Game Changer and enable the winner to pursue an MBA in Innovation and Enterprise in 2018.

Sai is also working with Flinders University's Innovation Centre (New Venture Institute) to solve the challenges in energy and the infrastructure space and contribute to Urban Planning and realise the UN's SDG (Sustainable Development Goals) and hopes to build a sustainability centric brand committed to the greater good of the society.
